  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or regulatory factors.
  • CLARE AIR (CLA) is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or uncontrollable events.
  • Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  1. Returns, Warranty & Exchanges
  • All returns must be pre-authorized.
  • Returned items must remain in original condition, with no signs of installation or damage.
  • Warranty, certifications, and airworthiness documentation are governed by OEM/authorized repair station rules.
  • Exchanges are processed based on part availability and inspection results.
  1. Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with:
  • Export regulations
  • Aviation authority requirements (FAA, EASA, DGCA, etc.)
  • End-user and destination restrictions
CLARE AIR (CLA) reserves the right to refuse orders violating compliance standards.

CLARE AIR (CLA) is not liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, downtime, or operational delays
